Earthworks at Cromford Mill

Earthworks is a group of ceramists, me being one, with links to the University of Derby. We will be having a selling exhibition of our work at the World Heritage Site of Cromford Mill. More details will follow in the near future.
Mini Phoenix kiln constuction moves forward
The fire box arch was completed today (see larger image). The Salvaged bricks used created a challenge as each differed in size slightly. The problem was solved by using ceramic paper.
The bricks are noticeably harder than the other yellow colour fire bricks being used - I got through 3 stone cutting angle grinder discs!
